We had a fantastic family stay with 20 of us at the hotel! The view of Tokyo Bay from our room was amazing, especially while relaxing in the bathtub. The breakfast buffet was perfect for our picky eaters, and the staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our trip.
My wife says that more kid-friendly amenities would enhance family stays.

I remember being welcomed into the lounge after we arrived before check-in. It was relaxing to sip coffee while looking out at the fine Tokyo Bay views. The staff were genuinely friendly, always ready to help and made sure we reminded me of VIPs.
Sure, it wasn't exactly cheap, but still reasonable given the experience.
